Owners Chris and Kim Miller were both born and raised in Madera. When Chris' father Leighton retired in 1990, Chris took over the business. Chris was interested in jewelry at a very young age when his father would bring him into the family owned store and let him play in the back room.

"He would let me play with anything, except the diamonds," jokes Chris.

"My father not only taught me how to run a successful business, but also taught me the value of community. He always said, 'If you don't care for your customers, they won't care about you', and I know he was right."
